Kung Fu for life

My husband, SiFu Veka, and I have been living a Kung Fu Life for years. My journey grows pale compared to my husbands, who has been following his passion for martial arts his entire life, but now we share this world of wonder and discovery. The human body and mind are both capable of so much more than we even understand, and we are exploring our own borders. Now we extend our invitation to our world and journey to you, and you may see yourself the wonders we learn and teach others. 








We love what we do and I only hope that our passion can be read from these posts. There are a few key ingredients that are most likely the building blocks of my writings: people, martial arts, food of body and mind, travel and slow life in a modern world with an open mind. In our case, the last one means being mindful of ourselves, our surroundings and the people around us. Life is about paying attention and we have seen so many rushing through life without paying attention, that we felt that it was a proper place to start a blog and point out some ideas behind Kung Fu, Martial Arts and personal growth. We hope these posts may give you motivation and inspiration to step up and challenge yourself to learn more, stress less and feed your body and mind.
